Hey, ya’ll! I’m Lauren, the blogger behind Gather & Flourish and I am sharing a fun patriotic tablescape with you all today! The fourth of July is quickly approaching and with it comes festive parties, BBQs, and many other reasons for entertaining! I have pulled together a stylish tablescape that is sure to impress your guests!
This tablescape is inspired by the dining room of the “Beanstalk Bungalow” from season 3 of Fixer Upper, with a patriotic twist!

It is a pretty simple table setting that would look great for any party! I love the way the wicker looks with the blue and white dishes! Wicker brings so much warmth and texture to a table setting while also giving it a fun summer-y feel!
The blue and white patterned dishes are such a classic look! Mixing patterns is a great way create interest and dimension! For an outdoor party, consider getting some melamine dishes like these or these which are more durable and won’t break.
Top your dishes with some simple cloth napkins. To give the table setting patriotic style, add a red ticking stripe napkin and rattan ring to finish the look! If you prefer a more subtle classic feel, you may opt for a navy ticking stripe napkin.
Finally, to finish the table setting add some drinking glasses. Those beautiful blue hobnail glasses used in the “beanstalk bungalow” are definitely a show-stopper! Ever since I saw them I haven’t been able to forget them, they are so pretty! I have found some alternative options that are just as gorgeous here! If you prefer a non-breakable option consider these.
If you are looking for an outdoor patio set with a similar look I have found some great options! Take a look at this round wood dining table with it’s Farmhouse-inspired trestle base. It is made from Acacia wood making it durable for indoor/outdoor use! If you are looking for a bit more seating they also have a rectangular option.
That’s it! To complete the tablescape consider a clear vase with white hydrangea blooms and a few flags mixed in for your centerpiece to pull the whole look together! Looking for more patriotic decor inspiration, check out this shopping guide for patriotic patio decor!
